Hey Ya'll, hey! Let me tell you 'bout me—I'm Dr. Tasha, and I'm all about showing up for Black women! When it comes to helping my sisters get their minds right and live their best lives, I don’t play! I really get us. Whether you're dealing with work stress, family drama, or just trying to figure out who you are in this world, I’ve got your back.
I've got my degrees in social work and human services, but don’t get it twisted—I keep it 100 and meet you right where you are. No judgment, just real talk and solutions to help you level up.
I’ve been helping sisters break generational cycles, find their voices, and step into their power!
