No, The Liberation Lounge™ is not therapy.
While it’s trauma-informed, this is a coaching program focused on decision-making, boundaries, confidence, and faith-based leadership growth.
If you need clinical therapy or deep trauma processing, please seek a licensed therapist. You can absolutely do both — many of our members are in therapy AND coaching.
